Did 6,000 meters today it went like this:

2K warm up

2K erg test

2K cool down/relax screaming thighs!!!

I set a PB on the 2K test but I'll put that in the proper thread.

12K row @ 22 SPM

48:18.5

Fairly easy row, but switched it up a bit and every 2000 meters did a set of "Power 10's" to get the heartrate up a bit and also to help break up the distance.

Gotta keep it interesting! :lol:

Nice workout, Ray. I just did a 5x1500m myself a few days ago. I find this one one of the easier w/o on PP. It's long, but the pacing isn't too demanding. How long have you been erging?
