Great Race...Brenda and I watched the Live Stream for a couple of hours....a PB is a PB and one cannot deny that. Nerves and adrenalin can be bittersweet...the more you compete the more controlled they should become.Take some time to reflect and commit...your Team is pulling for your success and app...

Besides the congrats....I appreciate the demeanor and maturity....too often Captains/ Coaches have the fight but not the ability to keep personal conflicts out of decision making....TimbukToo has it's Captain/Coach like none before....you lead by example.....I am proud to be a member of IZZY's crew....

Ouch! Of course, having told everybody I was going to do a "long & steady" 28K today, I couldn't let well enough alone. I stopped at Walgreen's on my way home, and bought a couple of quarts of Powerade and a sippee cup. I lined up a couple of cups (with straws) of half Powerade, half Crystal Light ...
