slowly start to increase your calories. I would start by adding extra fat to your diet and then slowly start to add in extra carbs. How's your appetite? What's your workout schedule like? well 'i'm on the bench' for the next few weeks. went in to get an ingrown toenail taken care of and i had to get the entire nail removed from my big toe. actually feels a lot better than it did for these past 3 weeks. Try rowing a few strokes with one leg. Then you'll get the idea of 'feeling' the resistance in your legs.
