sore feet

The balls of my feet tend to get quite sore when rowing. I am thinking that maybe running shoes are not the best option.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Is it possible to have a hear rate monitor which is just a watch or do you always need a chest strap?

do drag setting change over time

Will the drag factor change on any given concept two change over time? How can I check if the drag factor has drifted? Is there a way to re calibrate if there has been significant drift?

Any help is much appreciated.
