Hi all, Last month I had an operation for Dupuytren's contracture. I am keen to get on the rower. However due to the fact they say hand trauma might be a contributing cause. I am wondering if I start wearing gloves from now on. Does anybody have any recommendations for decent gloves? minimal and goo...
sore feet
The balls of my feet tend to get quite sore when rowing. I am thinking that maybe running shoes are not the best option.

do drag setting change over time
Will the drag factor change on any given concept two change over time? How can I check if the drag factor has drifted? Is there a way to re calibrate if there has been significant drift?
