Ooof,
Thank you all for that great input. I am by no means gonna fake that I understood most of that. I think I will be happy thinking that - for me my pb is what it says it is regardless of the df or the damper setting.
Thanks to all I appreciate it .

My question is if I had the damper set at 3 in 2010 and the other day it was set at 5 does that actually change the time? I'm sure the drag ...

pm5 repair
Good Evening,
the LCD screen portion of the monitor is starting to "wash out" on the bottom 3rd of the screen. Does anyone know of a repair that can be made to solve this other than $185 us to replace the whole thing?
LCD's are available for the 3 & 4 but not the 5.
Thoughts
Thanks

Re: C2 app and TTHR
That's a problem. Doubt you measured anything ending in .07 as your max. Hey thanks for that. Only issue other than my calculations being garbage is that there is no number with a decimal entered anywhere in the app. The MHR value that I have entered is 165. So there is that .Furthermore I used the...

Good evening. I'm trying to take another approach at using the rower. I'll start off by giving you some information. 58 yo male, 224#. 2 lad stents with no issues. I figure i would nail down my MHR. Last time I did that I just went with 220- age and that was it. But since I haven't figured it in a w...

Thank You C2
Thank You C2 for the prizes for this past FRC. It is very nice of the company to award prizes much less to do it during an economy like this. My team mates appreciate this generosity.
Thanks Again
