i completely agree and that is what i have been working on, however, i am a flexible individual and i do believe that it is pure geometry that is preventing more compression. To the original poster, you will not be able to make lightweight if you keep growing. By the time you're 6', unless you have some serious pudge to lose, you will be over 180 pounds. hi im 16 going into grade 11 next year im 5'10 and 170 pounds and my 2k is 6:38 am i on track to get a scholarships at a decent school? My coach said that all d1 universities only care about how fast your erg is.

So my coach went to berkeley on a scholarship for rowing and he says that all schools in the states care about is erg. Im going into grade 11, 16 years old 5'10, 170pds and my 2k is 6:38 is that on track to get into a good school on a scholarship?
