Re: Unable to upload Workout

Hello. I added my meters using the "add new historical monthly total" option. They now show up on my historical monthly summary, but they're not showing up in my lifetime total (Top left of the main logbook page). Did I do something wrong, or will manually entered meters in the historical section ne...

Re: LUNA-TICS TEAM ROOM: Year-round "Looney" fun.

Kona thanks for the reminder to get photos uploaded. I started the day with a paintbrush on the outside of our screenhouse, but by noon there was drizzle in the air so plans had to change. So then I focused on finishing up my canoe gear cleanup and putting stuff away for the season. This evening I ...

Re: LUNA-TICS TEAM ROOM: Year-round "Looney" fun.

Hi, I just joined up with Luna-tics. If I was supposed to ask someone specifically, please let me know. I've had my Model D for just about 2 months now. I'm trying to keep with a 5k meters a day routine (5 days a week). I figured that this will help keep me from slacking off. I see that you post eve...

Re: Yet Another Drag Factor Question

It is in a long, narrow part of my house. I have a little less than 2' on either side of the rower. It's not the best spot for it, but it keeps me from waking up the family during my morning workouts.
I appreciate all of the input. Have a great weekend!

Re: Yet Another Drag Factor Question

OK, the PM3 is set up correctly. I checked the drag factor again, and at a damper of 4 it was 104-105, and at 5 it was 120-121. I'm hoping that everything is OK with the software and rower. I'm actually going to try the 120 range for my next couple of workouts, and see if I like it any better.

Re: Yet Another Drag Factor Question

Wow. Hopefully I won't open a portal to another dimension :D . I'll give that a try tonight.

Re: Yet Another Drag Factor Question

I'm at 155 ft, so that wouldn't be an issue. I'll try it again when I get home.

Yet Another Drag Factor Question

Yes.. I did try to find my answer in the forum archives.. no luck. OK, so I've had my Model D for about a month and a half, and use it regularly. I've seen some posts regarding how to check drag factor, what the "normal" drag factor range is, etc. I went to check mine with the damper set at 4, and i...

Re: 5k Question

Thank you for the replies. Since the 5k is my whole workout (warm-up, cool-down, etc.), I'll start off a bit slower, then hit my desired pace. I really enjoy the fact that I can track my progress with the PM3 and software. It really keeps me motivated.
Thanks again!

5k Question

Hi, I've had my Model-D for about a month now, and I love it. I'm off my dreaded treadmill, and haven't looked back. My question is regarding the 5k meter workout. I enjoy the 5k because I can work out every morning before I head out to my job, and it doesn't impact my family's morning routine. I sa...

Re: PM3 Logcard: Multiple Users

Thanks for the quick response! I guess that I'll see how quickly the card fills, then decide whether or not to buy multiple cards.

PM3 Logcard: Multiple Users

My Model-D is in transit, and I'm very excited! I have one quick question.. There will be 4 people using the rower, and I know that the logcard can be used by up to five people. Does the card truly work well for multiple users? I'm wondering if it would be better for me to order individual cards for...
