exactly. its not uncommon for college lightweights to be 160-170 during the fall and winter. Remember for most college lightweights, the weighin is the day before the race. Nobody walks around at their target weight during the week.

167lbs is quite reasonable for a college lightweight. That being said, it's better focus on improving fitness, not losing or gaining weight. I've done two full marathons just for fun. Once on sliders, once without. Here's my advice: -Drag should be lower, especially if you want to take stress off your back. 100-110 worked for me. -Get a seat pad or a piece of carpet.
