On a whim this weekend I put two pieces of wood under the rear of my C2 just for kicks. I didn't feel a change in the intensity of my workout. Has anyone else done this? Does it increase/decrease the intensity of your workouts?
Hi, gang. Everytime I'm done rowing I notice these black flecks of paint on my rower's rail. Does anybody know where this is coming from? My rower works perfectly fine. It's just that I have no idea where this problem is originating. Thanks for any help you can provide me.
