Managed my second and final attempt this month with the first attempt being slowest 52.8 most at 52.5 with the best 52.4. NZ masters games in 4 weeks so back to my program. Good to do short and hard 250m to focus on technique

Didn't get time to complete December challenge so got in early for January. Started with 54 then 53.7 53.7 53.1 53.1 then 53 will definitely have to give this one another shot

NZ champs today. Did 1000m as a warm up for the 500m so I managed 3m26 then did a 1m30.2 for 500. Best time since 2019 must have been doing something right this time

First and only CTC this month. Very hard went too hard for first 4 pulled back and very pleased to finish. Started out at 572/573/574 and 575/ then 569/569/569 and finish with 575 total 4576. Good luck ff's on this one

Wondered why second attempt was faster but then a lot slower than the time I entered for 1st attempt. A maths adding up issue, now rectified.
