I am sorry to raise the issue of Dwayne's times again but his new 10k time in this months CTC has left me in total disbelief and once again he has just gone top of the leader board with his last attempt for the month. I believe there are times when you have to stand up and be counted and be prepared...
Baldy I'd echo what the others have said. I think, very short looks good when you dress right - so get a shirt, tie and suit on and you'll be fine. If someone doesn't select you, based on a haircut, you don't want anything to do with them  My only other advice would be don't give them that ...

As you may notice that Phil is 6 foot 3 and I am 5 foot 6 so the garment would be a little big :D As I am a naturally shy person  I wanted to look my best if I am going to appear amongst the rest of the TAff pinups! B) So you'll all just have to wait :!: Come on Mrs T...don't be bashful...sho...

Helen - great stuff well done. I reckon sub 42.30 is well within your reach. Your splits show you went off well , struggled in the middle but had the mental strength to finish hard. I think to go sub 42.30, you should go out a bit slower and slowly increase the pace through the 10k. I think there is...

Thats all very well but if all you can look at is your average pace over the whole row whilst rowing then what relevance do the splits have? :? Helen Helen Not sure what you mean exactly - I thought you just wanted a record of your splits at the end of the row. I use the average pace over the whole...

Fitness is starting to return....hallelujah  Was aiming to go sub 36mins by the end of the week, and to my surprise managed it tonight. Funny isn't it how you sometimes row well when you least expect it? Finished with 1.47.4 or 35.49.6 and felt really strong. My PB is 35.31.1 so I'll be looking...

Had another attempt this morning but made the mistake of rowing too soon after breakfast. I only made 3500m. Am I supposed to be logging these metres somewhere :?: Can't decide whether to row before breakfast and possibly not have enough energy or leave till later on. Was trying to rush it today as...
