Re: Dyno's "Force" monitor wanted!
The PM2 wasn't a firmware based monitor. The Dyno PM2 was wired differently. That's why you can only replace it with a Dyno PM2 and that's why it is so damned expensive. Hmmm I'm now a bit baffled - mine Dyno has just normal PM2 (with the erg screen layout) and that monitor works up there. How can ...

Re: Dyno's "Force" monitor wanted!
Nothing wrong except it is not the Dyno's monitor but rather a "normal" PM2, thus shows not the force/reps etc but all the SPM/500m ave/ etc as it does on usual rower.Carl Watts wrote: ↑October 22nd, 2018, 4:19 pmWhats wrong with the monitor on it now ? I repair them if you still have it.

Re: Dyno's "Force" monitor wanted!
Thanks for your reply, Carl! Treasure for one may be a junk for another one ;) Hence I am still hoping. I got whole the Dyno setup (machine + PM2) in mint condition for those 200 pounds and being a poor student it is a bit hard for me to double that price by simply buying actually the same PM2 with ...

Re: PM5 Paceboat
I know I can give the paceboat a speed when creating a workout, but is there anyway to assign a speed for the paceboat to be used when doing a "Just Row"? In that case it wouldn't be a "just row" ... ;) I assume JR was created as a very simple "I don't want anything fancy at all, I just want to row...

"Keeping consistent pace" - does it say anything?
Hi folks, If some1 simple says regarding to rowing "try to keep consistent pace", does it say all about what exactly value trainee should keep - distance per some time, time per some distance or spm? Just interesting because i often see instructions like "Row 40 minutes keeping consistent pace" with...

Re: Mud Season Madness - conditions
Today is the 4th March. Can someone please explain how someone in Canada (so not a time zone issue) has achieved 5 days in the challenge according to C2 board. Just curious. Why Iam not surprised? :) Counting that some logbook heroes can achive 3000 kms/day and even more being at the same time kilo...

http://www.concept2.com/service/monitors/pm3/how-to-use/viewing-lifetime-meters-odometer " You can reset the Lifetime Meters on a PM3, PM4 or PM5 by performing a hard factory reset (see below). Depending on the age of the monitor (PM3 or PM4 Firmware Versions less than 300), the Lifetime Meters can...

PM5 - is it in my head or?
Hi folks, Lately noticed interesting thing with PM5. If you are rowing trying to keep certain s/m, it looks like (according to display) that keep it 26 and 28 is much more easy than 22. If I try to keep it 22s/m, it almost never happens - numbers jump almost from 21 to 23 almost every third stroke. ...

Re: What the point to rank not verified results for challeng
I would be disappointed if those were not considered valid (although I would respect a request for some form of verification in case that time is in contention for a challenge or record). IMO it can be easily worked around with promotion on request from referees board computer (or somehow else veri...

Thanks all for replies
The linked thread conclusion seems faulty seat rollers. Buddy said he had ordered new, replaced and feel a difference.
Do you think I can claim rollers from my local dealer as a warranty case?

Model D seat
Hi folks, I bought brand new model D for about month ago. What I noticed is the seat is not as loose on the rail as on the machines I used to use in gym and thus it is not going full way forward the rail then I'm not sitting on it. If I put it all way back and release, it starts slide forward but st...

What the point to rank not verified results for challenges?
Hi folks, I like idea of individual challenges. But why it is ok to use both unverified and verified results on Boards Of Honor etc? Why not the only verified can be accounted? Fresh example - Valentine Challenge 2017 started today. Checked early morning - there were everything legit, eg 55 ppl with...
