Editing my member profile

Team

I have changed email recently, but noticed that emails were still being sent to the old one.

Is there any way to edit my profile?
Thanks

Re: Hello! SkiErg, Row, WattBike

Chris

Nice to read a post I agree with. I mix C2, skierg and elliptical and mainly do intervals most days, plus weights 3 x week.

Keep up the good work.

Re: TV / computer monitor viewing ?

Eddie Sorry for the delay in replying. Unfortunately, I mix rowing, erging and a elliptical in sets of 10 minutes, mostly. So can't comment on long-distance on the skierg. I've been reading some books lately which promote the use of intervals and suggest a cutting back on the long-distance work [Cla...

Re: Skierg 3 1/2 month field report.

Sometimesnothing [still equals nothing?] Just a comment on the skierg. I find that it can irritate disks in my lower back if I do too much [and I mean more than 10 minutes in any particular set]. I do my rowing and erging in 10 minute sets, but if I do too many e.g. more than an hour, I end up with ...

Re: Knee Osteoarthritis and erg training

Aussie Ed Welcome to the effects of a life well lived ... dodgy knees! Rowing and skierging at least let you continue to train. My specialist was horrified at the amount of rowing and skierging, as well as weights I was doing. After some experimenting, I found that playing over 60s cricket [especial...

Re: TV / computer monitor viewing ?

Cayenne I have no problem watching TV. Sometimes hard intervals make it difficult to concentrate on TV, but usually not. No problems with the small turn of the head to one side. No reason you can't mix endurance and sprint skierging. Not much endurance footage on YouTube ... a bit like watching gras...

Re: TV / computer monitor viewing ?

Cayenne

I use the SkiErg every day watching TV with no problems. You need to position it slightly to one side. Of course, if you get a wall mounted one, you can't do that.

Re: How suitable is SkiErg for Swimmers?

Mandai I use the skierg regularly and have found that, despite not swimming very often these days, I swim quite well when I do. Not only does it work the triceps, it also works the lats and the core muscles very well. I would have thought that swim coaches would be on board using it for land trainin...
