Re: What is the value of an original Model D?
In 2013, I sold my 17-year old Model C for $650. I had updated the seat, the handle and rollers, and monitor to a PM3. Bought a Model D / PM4 for $800 at the Mid-Atlantic Erg Sprints....and am doing it again just 3 years later, because it's cheaper than upgrading the monitor, AND I get another 2/5 w...

Re: Smartphone Cradle?
The new cradle works with everything up to a 7Plus (or comparable sized Android). It won't fit an iPad or iPad mini.

Re: Model C Purchase
I would personally sell it and buy a new on near new machine with PM5 rather than spend 200 just on the monitor. That's what I'm doing. I sold my 2-year old Model D (PM4) to upgrade to a new (1-day old) Model D (PM5). Old vs new price was $100, a new PM5 would have been $180 + shipping + me probabl...

Re: Model C Purchase
I bought a Model C in 1996, and had it for 17 years until I replaced it with a D 2 years ago. Sold it for $650, bought the new (1 day old) Model D for $800 at the Mid-Atlantic Erg sprints. That model C will last longer than you do, if you take care of it. Or, you can buy it cheap, spiff it up and up...

Re: Has your rower needed repairs?
If you were worried about it you could quite easily sell a few-year-old erg for a decent price and upgrade to a brand new one for a minimal extra cost. I've done this twice. I had a Model C that I bought in 1996. Had it for 17 years (2013), and other than a new seat, rollers and the upgraded handle...

Re: Wireless headphones?
If all I want is music, I just clip my iPod Shuffle to my shirt collar, and the short headphone cord never tangles up on anything. I just ordered a BT transmitter for the downstairs TV - along with some IKOPO sport phones - when I'm working out in the AM, the TV can be pretty loud....and it's still ...

Re: Apple TV: anyone making a app for it?
If you're displaying the app on your mac, can't you AirPlay that display to your AppleTV?
