CyclingmAn, Just did an easy 10ks on the tower. The foam cutout worked a treat . What a relief. I didn't muck around, 3 inches thick with a u cutout of the back. Did it in cycling Knicks. Off to Clark rubber here in Aus to obtain a piece of foam cut to size. Haven't rowed due to blisters on behind. I'm sure this will be a solution and far cheaper then obtaining a gel seat. Will let you know how the solution works. Sick and tired of blisters on behind. Will also revert back tom uncle ...
