How have you rowed the pieces? Have you just hit "Just row" and gone for 30 minutes? If so, you can't rank a piece like that. Set the monitor for 30 minutes by going into the created workouts and then row it and you'll be able to rank it. It is possible to hit exactly 30 minutes (have done it with ...

Never heard of hip flexors beeing sore/stiff, but you can imagine that it's because it's new for your body-parts.. So we could hope it is comming along with the patience ;)
But take care though - pain is the bodies way of "expressing" that something is "wrong" :)

I think it maybe depend a bit of what monitor - some are just 2 min, I've heard.. But it's easy to try out and it sounds it works for Al, so that's good ;)

Okay, great ;)

It's just if row at about 30/min, it will "least" for about 11 hours - so if someone will row a longer piece, you could be persuade to make a "better" version at that time? ;)

Hello (again) Scott - and thank you for the Danish translation ;) I've been using it for a 24 hour run and it worked pretty fine until it reached 6000 strokes.. Then it just f**ked it all up (weird big and/or negative numbers).. It is rare that you row 6000 strokes, but it's still a bug I can imagin...
