7500m at 1.59.9. Was looking to beat 7777 which was my old record from 7/8 years back but bottled it at 3000m. HR 152 average. My watch says I should have 38 hours off. Wonder if work will accept this on Monday.

7 year old times. Any good?

My little girl has been on my machine 5 or 6 times. 2:56 for the 500m and 260m in 2 minutes. No technique obviously. She is going to be tall and her mum was quite the cross country runner. Good when compared to rankings but does anyone else have kids that row?

Croup!!!!!

First 2K test for 4 or 5 years and have the worst dry cough building from somewhere below my belly button. Didn't really push it (bit of the old hypertrophy) but is it a humidity thing or unfitness thing? Don't get it when outside (cycling or rugby). 7:15 btw.

I have got into the habit of telling myself that if I make target then that is it for the day. Fail at a 5K equals 10 hard minutes on the Airdyne when recovered. Sticking with the 5K at less than 2.00 until my arse stops being sore. Getting easier I think. HR about 152 on average

1st rowing since 2012 when I had some heart issues
2K at 2.00/500 then 5K at 2.00/500

Have the trinity of Concept machines now plus a Versa climber and Airdyne. No excuses.

Targeting 8k in 30mins
