Anyway, tried the JayBirds and although I liked them, I could see the "sails" could be an issue once my ears get sweaty - they didn't feel like they would stay ...

They look interesting and I'm finding good prices on the 'net. Do the ear buds stay in pretty well? (I'm assuming it comes with different size buds...)
