total gym

i got a cheap model that i use sometimes...
mostly for paddleboard training. pretty good workout, easy to use etc...
but if your looking for a good total body program for lots less money check this out

Balance

rowing is a great alternative to sailing but do yourself a favor and make sure you add some pushing exercising to your workouts to balance your body. Failing to do so can result in muscle imbalances. On a side note: if you think rowing an erg is fun get in a boat :D :D :D it's perfect for windsurfer...

straps

i have a lot of miles on my 'D' model and also like tight footstraps so i replaced the straps with daKine tie down straps with cam buckles.
They are awesome! took about 15 min. needed to remove a screw and put a hole in the straps but they work sweet. :lol:
