Link to workout calc, and progressive workouts

When I 1st got my rower I found a page on the site that you could put in your goal, weight, number of workout per week, etc, and it would spit out a workout plan. I have searched and searched and cannot find it. Anyone have a link to it? I have been off the rower for a year, and want to get back int...

Kev, Too funny. I'm still chuckling. So did ranger really break the 2k WR 3 times, or is this his potential projected extrapolated WR? Since this question has been avoided, I'm guessing that it's all BS! Who trains for 6 yrs, and never tests in the event, to evaluate their progress, or to change the...

A lwt 6:28 when I was a couple months shy of 53 years old.

Three WR 50s lwt rows (6:30, 6:29, 6:28).
So these are documented WR's? Can you post a link? I think it would give you some credibility.

I have similar equipment, and definitely have space issues. I take mine (C2) apart when not in use. It stores in a 2' x 3' floor space. IMO you need strength/resistance training as well as cardio to get "fit" Weight training is essential in a fat loss program. Sell the bike not the Other equipment. ...

I kayak a lot, and no doubt about it, the C2 will help you to endure longer paddles. I'd like to see that kayak paddle kit link, if anyone has it.

If you've got the money, get the C2 1st. Start training on it, and every month put the money you'd be spending on a gym membership away in a savings account, cookie jar or whatever. In no time you'll have enough to buy your 1st piece of weightlifting equipment. I'd watch for sales on full or 1/2 rac...
