Re: PM3 & Polar FS1
I just picked up a Polar FS1 cheap. Can I record/view HR info to my PM3 simply by purchasing the "Heart Rate Receiver Assembly" #1861 from Concept2? TIA Hi, Yes, it should. The transmitter is really the important part of the setup. I believe all of Polar's transmitters will work. The FS1 comes with...

Hi, The 38- error means the PM3 can't read the card, even though it knows it's there. Try wiping the surface of the card (square gold spot) with some rubbing alcohol. This might help if the card is dirty. Let me know if that helps or not. If not, I will probably send you a new card. Emailing me dire...

Hi Heather,
The best fix is to replace the tracks. It is difficult to work on the track without bending it and making it worse.
They are pretty inexpensive (under $15 ea) unless they are still covered under warranty.
You can give us a call, 800-245-5676 or send an email to rowing@concept2.com

Hi again, I also would like to know if the model E will work with the slides? Thanks The short answer is Yes. However, we are going to modify the slide tray very slightly to accomodate the different style caster wheel on the E. You probably wouldn't notice anything, but if someone is really picky a...
