Re: I really don't know how you guys do it. Amazing
I'm also impressed by people in this forum. I have a terrible performance  Could you estimate how many sessions needed to improve 5 seconds in 2K? Of course, it depends on many factors (age, effort, ...), so, just an estimation. 5 seconds total or 5 seconds per 500m? I'd imagine at the moment...

Re: I hit a wall at 54 Minutes... every time.
For me it's usually 12k in that it becomes unbearable, which is about 52-54 minutes in. These are efforts that are about 8-10 seconds per /500 over my PB. My butt starts to cramp around this time. Have very long strokes putting everything into every pull. In theory you could/should yield better results than weights. Why not chart your interval ...

Long time lurker here. Please define what a long slow row is
Background: I'm an overweight 37yo who's rowed on and off for 5 years. Previously I'd weight lifted so I'm reasonably strong with a 180kg deadlift. Initially every row was a time trial and consequently I found myself dreading them and giving up. For years I tried to beat 20min for 5k and eventually ...
