Re: A Project Management Approach to Lightweight Rowing
I agree with most of what you guys said, but another thing I noticed was that the "aerobic base" work was at a 155 heart rate. Do you think it would make a little more sense to be dropped to the 130-140 range (assuming a max HR of 200)? Just my two cents.

A Project Management Approach to Lightweight Rowing
Hey all! I came across this on the web a couple days ago. Looks really interesting and I'm considering jumping into it (although it does admittedly seem too good to be true). Flip through it and let me know what you think. It's a pretty short document. Thanks!!! http://www.scribd.com/doc/55434688/Li...

6k to 2k split
Hey I'm getting ready for the first 2k of the season this year! I've already done some 6k tests this fall season, and I was wondering if anyone can help me out with a target 2k split based on a 6k. I've been told it's usually 6k -10 on the split. Anyone else think differently? Let me know here, and ...

Steady-state erg training
Hey, I do a lot of steady state work, usually 10 to 15k. What is the best way to get the best training in terms of drag, rating, heart rate, etc. Thanks for helping.

Dropping 6k time
My current 6k time is 23:28. I'm a jr. in high school and weigh 146 lbs. How could I go about dropping my time hopefully into the high 22s? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm a junior in high school, I'm 6'1'', and I have slowed down growing only a little bit (I still can't grow out any semblance of a beard lol). I've been rowing for three years, and I'm currently training 3 hrs. a day 6 days a week. My 2k from last year was 7:19, but I want to break into the 6:50 ra...

Best ways to gain weight for erg score improvement
I'm a lightweight weighing about 145 lbs, and I was hoping to get up to 155-160, but I also want my erg score to improve (in other words not just body fat). Include anything (ex. training, diet, etc.) that you think I can do to accomplish this goal. Thanks
