Thanks it turned out that there was a tear in the ACL and the could clean it up as it was pinching so no ACL replacement. They also found a bone spure so that was great. Thnaks

I am going into surgery in the AM to have my ACL replaced using a cadaver tendon so the surgery is arthroscopic and then a meniscus tear repair. Any suggestions on using the erg for a rehab unit and if so what work out would you suggest.
