Finally I can removed the clutch bearing out of the flywheel. This is the tool that I used for taking the bearing out. I tried to used nut and bolt and washer to made bearing puller but the washer and bolt head is bigger than bore diameter of the clutch. Later I tried using three jaws bearing puller...

I just took out the axel shaft from flywheel. Clutch bearing is locate on the flat side of the flywheel ( sproket side). I'm finding the way to take the clutch bearing out by not having to remove R8 bearing.

Omnikey card reader issue had fixed in new version of C2 utility 7.08.3.

Thanks for all suggestions but it didn't work. Another problem is when I connected PM3 to C2 utility , it showed connected but I can't select any check boxes. I log out and log in again and verified my ranking ID but I still cannot upload my results.
