revisited the 10k today and got it down to 38:41 which has a nice adjustment to 34:51 and a SB which is nice

For me it will be difficult to lot a lot of meters. Yesterday I almost cut of the tip of one of my fingers of my right hand. Rowing will be on low level for some time. Did a last attempt on the ctc today. Aimed at sub 10:30, did 10:27.9 which is 9 sec improvement. So very happy

Did mine today, 24:45.0. Was a bit too optimistic at the start but all together not unhappy with it.

IRL Second go. 6344m in 26:44.1 at 2:06.4 8.5 sec improvement but there's not much more.
