Re: My Journey through BreakingMuscle 12 week Program
Hey everyone, quick update. So I have the zip file ready to be downloaded here: https://1drv.ms/u/s!ApBYWkXtOTPWn0cD2r7KoNIoNrmY That is a link to the file from my OneDrive. If you're not familiar with the URL then google '1drv.ms' before clicking or downloading. I can vouch only for the safety of t...

Re: My Journey through BreakingMuscle 12 week Program
Thanks for the advice lindsayh and jackarabit. You were right, 1:50 was a bit ambitious, and 1:55 wasn't sustainable after the first 1k (probably physically, maybe also mentally). But I did do a sub-8! 7:53.4 / 1:58.3 So that feels good now that I've reached that personal goal. Not sure what my next...

I guess my file is too large for c2forum. I'll look for hosting elsewhere I guess. Hope to have it uploaded tomorrow.

My Journey through BreakingMuscle 12 week Program
Beginner rower here. I've been rowing since June 21st and have logged a quarter of a million meters so far. Hard for me to believe. My starting stats as follows (sorry metric folks): 34yo, M, 250 lbs, 72', initial 2k best pace: 2:47.9 Current stats: 35yo, 235 lbs, 2:09ish (will know real time after ...

Re: Heart Rate Lags Behind Work?
Sorry I've been away, I didn't just forget about this post. ;) Thanks to everyone for the replies so far. It's good to know I'm not the only one and the idea of measuring RPE with just a number, while it would be great, just isn't feasible. Tomorrow is test day and I'll probably block out the heart-...

Heart Rate Lags Behind Work?
Hello everyone. When I first started training I was well out of shape. I still technically am, but I've been working on that since late June. Somewhat important to keep in mind is that I have anxiety about my heart rate and health, and this is impacting my perception of what is normal (plus a lack o...

If you have a PC, RowPro and Xcel, don't fail to take Greg up on his offer. Spreadsheet analysis in graphic representation a useful complement with RP. Worth the small effort involved. Shameless plug for my website http://rowsandall.com/ ... I made this for fun and you are free to use it ... Thank ...

Re: 12-week program - feedback wanted
I'm utilizing this program now.
As it's been a few weeks, was curious what your results were and if you stuck with it.

Need help interpreting this...
Hi, I'm fairly new to erging and am going to start with the training plan from Breaking muscle. I have most of the terminology understood except for the first day, which says: C2 / Row: 4x15 minutes; SR: 18-20-18 / 5’ ; 3’ R b/t sets I don't know what the part in blue means. Little help please? Than...
