Marilyn I like your idea especially if you worked out a system where the slower beginner could participate .I think it always makes you better to compete with people better than yourself ,but I also know it is boring for the faster rowers. Maybe you could divide the group according to skill level

I did not start rowing till Jan 06 . Does anyone who is a beginner use RowPro? If so do you find it enjoyable and helpful? I wondered if it is worth the investment. Thanks

I keep my legs straight and made sure I pushed off with the balls of my feet tonight and it really made a difference.Thank you both for the suggestions.

knee problem

I have tried changing footplate and using flat shoes'and I still feel soreness on inside of one knee.How long does it take for your body to adjust?
Would it help to send in a tape to see if my form is ok? I am open for any suggestions.

Have you had the blood test to determine your vit d levels in your body? A lot of the research I have read lately says you cannot use the calcium if vit d is low .However you would not want to take extra vit d without your Dr. permission.You might want to ask him about the test.
