I did a 2k recently and received 7:56 . I hadn't trained alot in week before due to illness , but it was the first time I broke 8. OP stated that she did the 8:07 in March but is back in training for 1 week before the 20min-test and 4-weeks total. She also stated that she has only 4 weeks before the 2k-TT. As a rule of thumb pace decreases by around 5sec for every doubling of the distance. That would calculate roughly to 6sec ...
