Weights session yesterday in the late afternoon. My lifting sessions consist of, bench press, overhead press, barbell rows at various angles, and deadlifts. I also do tricep press, skull crushers, rows, curls, with the dumbbells. Today i blasted out a 5k on the erg before lunch... quite sweaty. r26 ...
