Re: How to get the most effort from my legs?
Something else: A good thing to look at is where you feel most of the load on that very first stroke on a motionless flywheel. That is when the flywheel is at its heaviest and it should be most obvious which parts of your body are carrying most of the load. Hopefully it's in the legs and your core a...

You just gotta be able to feel what's going on, feel the power from your legs, think of the stroke as the act of pushing off with your legs. "Lead with the legs" is a phrase I often tell myself at the catch, rather than leaning in with the upper body. If your core is weak, the connection between you...

Re: What Training Have You Done Today?
3.5k @ 2:08. Part of a new plan to do this workout every 2 or 3 days, for the rest of my life!! I broke my 7 minutes, good. Now I just wanna be healthy and not totally wiped the next day. Still curious to see though what this translates to 2k-wise over the long-term. Will probably do a test once or ...

Re: What is this called?
I'm not asking about the cracking, I'm asking about the condition that leads you to want your back to crack for relief. Is that a "herniated disk"?

What is this called?
When places in your back feel a bit misaligned, and "cracks" make it feel a whole lot better, what is the name of that symptom? I get that with my lower back especially (the foam roller does a really good job for the upper back), and sometimes it takes several weeks for my lower back to "crack" back...

Re: CRASH B 2016?
Won't be competing this year...Unfortunately wasn't able to properly train in the past couple months. I thought I had signed up but my payment never went through and then I just decided to skip out this year. Regarding conditions...I had always heard about the dry-mouth thing but didn't actually exp...

Re: New Personal Best! Brag About That New Pb!
This wasn't a serious attempt, and yet it is an all-time PB for me...1:38.3 for the 500! Haven't worked out in more than 2 weeks due to fatigue and family obligations...Decided to take the machine for a spin just now, see how I was feeling. Strokes felt good so decided to clock a 500m piece just to ...
