0n our river, we have allocated one side for going up the river and the other side for coming home so we dont get caught and its easier to pass out other boats because there is no1 coming in your direction because they are on the other side of the river,,,

i go rowing 5days a week, after school and on weekends at 7am!!!
am at the club for 3-4hours, 2hours on the water at least, weights, cores, physical training routine!! really tough but its working!!!
our crew rows in a boat that is much too heavy for us but when we were lifting it this morning i felt a pain in my back,,, then we had 2 row 2 5k's nd its preety sore now!! ne tips or good stretches??
