Just watched the video. LOVE the back-arms-then-legs sequence with each stroke.

I just LUUUUV beer and cheese. I wish I lived on a beer and cheese island. With an erg of course.

I actually place a rug under the feet so it WILL slide on the hw floor. Doing this makes me focus on how much my slide is checking the boat (erg).
