Re: No 10/20K ranked pieces?
10k and 20k will be added to the Rankings in the near future. Due to the way the BikeErg works, it requires changes to the firmware to allow for the verification calibration to be run. This change is in the current beta release of firmware. Once it's in the public release, we'll add them to the Rank...

You can also follow the race on our live race display at http://racing.concept2.com - that will show you the same race display as is available in the stadium.

Re: Where's My Data?
Apologies for the issue - there's been a (one-off) delaying in uploading some workout graphs. The backlog should be cleared on a few hours, and hopefully all missing graphs will appear by the end of today.

Re: Garmin Connect Integration
Yes - just to confirm the integration between the Logbook and Garmin Connect is now live. To set it up, go to the edit page for your Logbook profile and then the Applications tab. Any workouts uploaded from them on to the Logbook via something like ErgData (i.e. an app that sends over stroke data) w...

Re: Garmin Connect Integration
We are currently working with Garmin to send workouts from the Logbook to Garmin Connect for people who connect their accounts, and are in final stage beta testing. This means any workout sent to the Logbook from an app such as ErgData will automatically be in Garmin Connect. This should be complete...

Re: Ergdata additional fields
You won't get drag factor on ErgData if you're using Bluetooth and if the firmware version is 20 or below. If you update to the latest version of the firmware (or if you can't, if you use the USB connection method), this should hopefully solve the issue.

Re: PM5 Feature Request - Wireless default on
If you update to the latest version of firmware (163/27) then the monitor will automatically search for any previously connected wireless devices for a brief period after it has been turned on.

Re: UPDATE to Concept 2 Logbook
Hi Jim, Re: If I select view 'All' on the main logbook screen and select 'View' in a line, when I return I'm set back to viewing 50 per screen. It should remember. At the moment, the library we use remembers page number as well as total per page, which means if you view page 6 of 50, and then went t...

Re: UPDATE to Concept 2 Logbook
In general, for support requests, ranking@concept2.com is a better bet as it's easier to go back and forth over things there. jalynn2 - I've just fixed the issue with going direct to the right rankings and clicking on your link. The new Logbook is still under active development, and features like fi...

Re: UPDATE to Concept 2 Logbook
The next "few hours" appears to have been an understatement. However, we're nearly there now (fingers crossed). We appreciate everybody's patience, and hopefully we'll be up and running again by about 5 pm ET.

The missing races should all be fixed now. Let me know if you spot any problems. We've also added in race analysis for everybody if you click on your name on the results page.

Re: SkiErg vs SkiFast Erg
Hi macroth, From http://www.skierg.com/skierg/faqs: Concept2 designed the SkiErg to deliver the most effective ski exercise for the price. The hand position can be varied to simulate skate V1 (either direction), V2, or classic double pole; the SkiErg is not designed for classic diagonal, alternating...

Re: Venue Race Split results not matching actual results
The monitor result is correct: any difference if you sum up the splits is due to things being rounded up/down.

Re: Automatically updating online logbook
It's nothing to do with RowPro but, if you use a machine with a PM3 or PM4 and a LogCard, you can use a LogCard reader and the free Concept2 Utility to upload a load of rows at once to the Logbook.
