Re: Questions to owners/users of both SkiErg and RowErg
I really love having both a SkiErg and RowErg. The more different types of exercises the better--total fitness. Now I am going out to hit my lawn with the MowErg. It really complements the other two. I'm planning to replace the entire surface of my front/backyard with pebbles or something: I *do* h...

Thanks. I called them--gone for the day. I emailed them. Row most days before 7AM. Was hoping for a solution before tomorrow AM.

ErgData not recording workouts
I use ErgData on an iPhone with the PM5 on my Model D. I recently updated the firmware on the PM5. While I am rowing, ErgData follows the workout, but I get an error message from the app at the end of the workout that it couldn’t record the workout. When I “try again” it still doesn’t work. I have a...

Mat for SkiErg with floor stand
I am considering buying a SkiErg with the floor stand. I will put it in a carpeted area. Is the stand large enough to protect the carpet from sweat or should I purchase a mat that extends beyond the front and back and sides of the stand? If so, what size mat should I purchase. Thanks. Steve

iPhone sleeping with ErgData
My iPhone used to not go to sleep when I was using ErgData. Lately, though, it goes to sleep while I am working out and stops recording the workout. I know I can change the settings for the iPhone to "Never Sleep", but I do want it to go to sleep when I am not using it. Does anyone know the setting ...

Same here. I have to semi-manually log into my erg every time now. Does anyone know how to correct this?

PM5 not initializing USB Drive
Hi,
I am trying to use a USB 2.0 2GB flash drive with my PM5. I initialized it as a FAT 32 on my MacBook Pro using Disk Utility. The PM5 shows the USB icon when I plug it in, but doesn't not initialize it.
Advice?
Thanks.
Steve

Coronary Disease, CHF, COPD, Diabetes, Depression, PTSD
Hi, I am a physician who is applying for a grant to provide Veterans with chronic illnesses C2 rowers, SkiErgs, and BikeErgs for their homes and then encourage and track their use of the equipment. It would be helpful if you have a chronic illness such as Coronary Artery Disease, CHF, COPD, Diabetes...

Concept2 Utility not recognizing PM4
I want to upgrade the firmware on my PM4. I am using a MacBook Pro with High Sierra 10.13.1 and Concept2 Utility 7.08 3. I have the cable plugged into my Mac and the bottom of the PM4. When I look under "System Information" for the computer, it shows that a Concept2 Performance Monitor 4 (PM4) is co...

Re: Butt sores
I realize this is a very old post, so I hope you find this. I had the exact same problem. Showers after rowing on the Concept2 would be extraordinarily painful because of the sores that would develop and I would have trouble sitting during the day. I didn't want to give up rowing, but I dreaded the ...

Re: Newbie – Rotator Cuff Shoulder Pain
Hi, I am 58 and I had a similar problem a few years ago. I would do the exercises for a while with some improvement, but then would slack off and the pain would worsen. Once I did the standard rotator cuff strengthening and mobility exercises religiously, it took about three weeks for my pain to go ...

Re: Belly Bruises
Just found this post after 6 years. I discovered the problem back then was my heart rate monitor. I hit it when I was rowing and that caused the bruises. Silly me.
