500 meter
After a brief warmup, rowed 500 meters in 1:34.7
That was good enough to rank me #1 in the USA for my age/weight class, #7 worldwide. Pretty happy about that.

I'm 48yo, lightweight. First 500m row was about 1:55., two years ago. April of this year it was 1:33.7, looking to get under 1:32 soon. I am doing at least 100 crunches a day. Knees bent, not bent etc. It doesn't seem to be cutting it. No, it wouldn't.
