logcard entries missing

All my logcard entires have somehow been deleted. Did a session last night (using RowPro) and that session is now the only one to appear on my logcard. It still says 17% used and my name still appears on the card, but apart form last night's session the card is blank. I think I've got the latest PM3...

I'm certain that the highest levels of performance can be achieved without all of what we are finding out goes on, but perhaps the "I want it now." mentatlity has taken over from good old fashioned "hard work". ] epo can increase your cv around 10 %. This on top of your max. performances. It is how...

I vote for letting Rupp and everyone else post whatever the hell they like.
People can figure it out for themselves (like you did), they don't need a nanny.

Re: What to Eat Before a Workout

I just got back from the gym...I go at 8 a.m.. Around 7 a.m., I have half a banana, and a very small amount of whole grain cereal with a smattering of skim milk. I feel I need something before I go for my workout, and I thought this was a good choice. Turns out, about halfway through, I can really ...

Hardgainer,

What happened, did you eventually get sorted out?

Re: Spinning vs Rowing

For me, erging's much harder than spinning. The thing about spinning is that you can back off the effort whenever you want, without being instantly alerted by a computer that your pace has dropped by X amount, stroke by stroke. Of course, you can go to the spinning class and give it everything you'v...

Nice row, steady splits and then a strong finish.
Would be nice to see average pace on the tv.
Thanks for posting.

Man, it amazes me how fast you row...you're forcing me to abandon being short as an excuse for my slow times.

Re: I feel guilty

Are you sure he can hear you down there, Brian? I wouldn't have thought your erging would disturb a neighbour. Maybe you're being too cautious, or are you certain it's a problem for the guy? I like cross training. I'm not trying to maximise my potential in any particular sport so when I'm enjoying t...

This is my first post, but just thought I'd share my 2k PB. You can check out the video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vQ7PyhdD7Ag This also shows Rowpro in action, projected in all it's 83 inch glory on the screen in front of my erg. Marc Cool video and great setup. Nice to see a video of someo...

Hi I have Row Pro and I love it. I have only raced online once and that is when I created a race to get under 8:00 and we made it. My sugggestion is to come up with a way whereby everyone starts a handicap race together, but at different distances, dependant on the splits they are aiming for. This ...

I'm glad y'all are working this out because just beginning to read this thread was hard work for me. Thanks. :) John, why don't you give Rowpro a go, it's really worth the hassles. We'll help you work it out if you think it's too hard for you. For a guy like you who has an erg at home and seems to ...

My Rowpro crashes a lot when online, or gives unhandled exception errors. Sometimes, after an online row just before or after clicking to save stroke data, and sometimes just moving around within the program changing between session setup and the internet part of the control panel, looking at sessio...

Thanks for posting the info, Frank. I'm glad they're going to start afresh on the racing protocol; if the problems are being caused by trying to be backwards compatible, rather get everyone up to current spec and let's all move forward. I'm skeptical, though. Do the people at Digital Rowing actually...
