GoRow does allow you to plan workouts to be done in the future and there are online workout planners available at Concept2.co.uk and at Petes Lunch Hour Plan. GoRow certainly performs a full sync of your log with the concept2.com online log, you can just enter workouts on the phone or online, tap Sync and it all gets stored online & on your phone. Hi,
I'm a software developer with an interest in rowing on the concept2 and I have considered creating an iPhone app specifically to help my training. Have you any features that you would like in an app like this so I can hopefully make it more generally useful?
