My 5K's are still avg 22mins with a 500m split of 2.18 avg and spm 32-35 what am I doing wrong with 3mins more and higher stroke rate?

Machine only 45days old and monitor last 2 of 3 workouts showing some bad data about 1/2 - 3/4 way through row. I got a CD 50 Drag Factor...Worked out yesterday no issue. Advised to call C2 Tech...anyone had this before?

Houston here, the unit does seperate into 2 pcs very easily and have used outside but would not store outside as to the condensation and additional moisture on seat slide....Love the unit..have D/PM4 monitor...B
