Solved this while waiting for this topic to be approved. I'm in the UK using BT Broadband. I had BT NetProtect on which is a simple firewall provided by my ISP - it was blocking Oarbits. Working fine now. You will probably find that RowPro works fine on your PCs now that you've turned off BT NetPro...
