One Million Metres row for Multiple Sclerosis
I set myself the challenge of rowing One Million Metres to raise awareness and money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society. I am rowing in memory of my mum who died of MS in May 2002. I am over half way through and my current total is 531,418 metres. Out of the 104 days of the rowing season I have mana...

One million metres row for Multiple Sclerosis
My aim is to row one million metres in under a year and raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society in memory of my mum who died on May 19th 2002. I'll have to row about 5,000 metres on my C2 every day to achieve my goal. You can follow my progress on my blog at http://carolinesmillionmetres4ms.b...

gloves for rowing
Like one of the previous posts, i also use my mountain biking gloves for indoor rowing - they have a gel section which protects the hands a bit.
I also agree that not holding handles so hard helps, i have hurt my hands in the past (top of hand) from gripping too tightly.
