In one sitting 21,097 meters 1:38:36 pace 2:20

Well I did a 1/2 marathon and beat my previous time by 1 min. and went 97 meters longer!
This 53-1/2 yr old will feel this tomorrow!!

I've done this 2 times so far all in one sitting. First was 21k in 1:41 & second 21k in 1:39 I try to keep around a 2:20 pace. I have my wife give me a spoon full of honey after the first 10k seems to help. I usually do 10k 3-4 times a week. Worst part about the 21k is by the ens my butt bones are s...

The Boy's in the Boat show played on PBS tonight.
It was pretty good.

I bought a C2 in January of 2016 and in 6 months I have rowed over 500K meters.
Last Sunday I race in a National Enduro race, 64 miles thru the woods in about 4 hrs.
I ended up winning my age class! The C2 rower works the same muscles as riding the bike.
Great cross-trainer!

I've been rowing for two months now with a D model.
Did my best 10,000 in 45:19 today.
It sure gives this 51 yr old a good workout!

1936 USA Olympic Rowing team. A great read!

My 1st 10,000 row in 48:50 it's my second week of owning my C2 D model.
What a Great workout!!

Steve Hatch mounts MX bars to his C2 for cross training.
I'm still a rowing newbie so I will work on form first.....

Has anyone added MX bars to their C2 for dirtbike cross over training??
If so I would like to see how you mounted them.

I just bought a slightly used BLACK Model D with a PM3.
Is the serial number stamped on the front support or frame or is it a sticker that may have fallen off?? I can not find the serial number.

The PM3 shows a serial number: 400323144 date code: 0852014
It only has 30,000 lifetime meters.
