What about the 16K hour? 16500 hour? 17K hour? How about HM and FM targets? Or are you not mad enough for that? The 100K LW 20-29yr old recod could be up for grabs if you're entirely crazy. NOTE: I'm discussing your goals. I've already got mine (SUB7 2K and FM under 3hrs). haha, well i dont really ...

Ergo lifetime goals!!

I always think about this, i have ambitions on the water as well as erging but the erg scores are just so easy to qauntify. Was just interested to see where people are aiming for as a lifetime best, i guess a lot of things influence it like, how old you are currently and what times you are getting n...

just got 8124m for a 30 mins at rate 20, i reckon if i break rating and push for 22-24 i could go a lot quicker but its kind of against the point of the training.

Rest period inbetween intervals

Hi all Ive just come off an ergo program which specified rest periods inbetween intervals in seconds. Im looking at doing the 2k program in the training guide but im worried that the rest period could be too long as it specifies every training band to have a rest period of 'return to twice resting H...

personally i hate the single times, or time intervals because no matter how hard i push the pain wont stop any quicker!
Single distance is always good unless your talking some sort of erg test.

Yes thanks, i was thinking this, though its a bit late i guess now! Ill take a look at the program, i think maximal strength is the problem for me at the moment, my muscular endurance isnt great but its above average while my fitness is probably one of the best in my club based on erg scores anyway....

Fart attack!!

Does anyone have this problem?? I've been rowing about 8 months and my carbohydrate consumption has probably increased to about 80-90% of my diet and i dont think my bowels handle it too well! Its definetely noticable, some foods more than others, i found bagels with rasins particularly bad! Its not...

yeah 10's are always good for a simple motivator, cox makes a massive difference. I had a foreign international cox in my 8 the other day he was fucking awesome, i think one of the most important things is just building a reputation and respect. I liken the experience to having a headmaster subing i...

Im part of a uni rowing club and i do a massive amount of fitness work, i do about 50k a week on the e...
