No nickname, pretty boring eh? Thanks for the Team Room info as well. Thanks for your support. Hopefully I will make it. I have never done a 1/2 before, so we shall see. I just want to try it once to be able to say I have done it. Wishing you and our team good luck. Talk to you soon. Lori (aka Keep ...

Hey Denise- thanks for taking on the team captain role. Also thanks for the advice on how to sign up. The part about leaving the team from last year made my attempt much easier as I too could not figure out how to join this year. Usually from the past we just click away and we are in. Great job ever...

How is everyone doing? It seems quiet on the boards which means everyone must be rowing. So far I am meeting/surpassing my goals. I have been doing about 10k a day 5-6 days a week. I hope you all are feeling well and be proud of whatever you do! Have a great day all.

Schenley & Tina-
My little one Savannah is close to your kid's in age. She is 7, will be 8 June 17. She would love to come aboard the ducks as well as the JVC. Maybe we can get them set up to motivate each other. Let me know what you guys think.
Have a great day all.
Lori :)

Hello ladies. Just thought I would throw my goals out there for the JVC. I know we did this last year and it helps to stay focused. I plan to do 5-6 days a week at least 5k a day. I will most likely do much more, but we all know life gets in the way! I will row for my health and family which will ma...

Kudos to Schenley for taking on the team captain role. Welcome to all our new & returning members. The JVC is a great way to stay motivated & keep racking up those meters. Lets go ladies (and kids, etc)! Have a great day all & Happy New Year a tad early.

Hey Ducks!

How is everyone's summer? It seems to be moving quickly. I have been off the erg for awhile. Had a back thing in May. I pulled a muscle that went into spasm. Scary, could not move! So no exercise at first, moving up to limited. Dr. said no rowing! So I am finally getting there, after Physical Thera...
