Welcome Oliver!

After this weekend I'll be a bit more active on the CTC. Have been doing it a few times per month but plan on once a week at least after my tournament.

Ive only been erging about twice a week lately due to an upcoming Jiu Jitsu tournament so I had a question as to what our team is really focusing on, the C2 challenge or the CTC? I can do the CTC challenge one day and then a longer piece another day to satisfy both but just thought I'd ask.

Are we automatically enrolled in team challenges? I couldn't find a place to join so I logged 1m (which I'll make up :D ) and saw that it got entered towards challenge.

Adam, should be 2:00.8. So according to our Dutch uncle, try 1:59.8. 2:07 wouldn't be a "challenge" for you! Doh! Ok I submitted my worst time which was 1681. Just calculated my last 5k pace. I rowed it in 20:08 and ran that through the pace calculator on the ISS site and came up with 2:08. That sound right to you veterans?

Thanks for the update! I'm on this plan as well, 4 days per week and haven't tested out yet but already feel some improvements. Any word on a February challenge?? Aways here: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=5g3D9uF11a8 3x7 min, rest 5 min. Standing start, worse result counts. So pacing is very important. Am I correct in assuming the challenge is how much distance we cover, or how much power we generate in each 7m interval?

Update: Im on week 12 of 16 of the programme. My setting is Athlete Level 2, 3 Sessions a Week. The test i did after 8 weeks lowered my 2k time from 7:18.6 to 7:09.9. I adjusted the programme after the test(week 8) to mach my new 2k time. Ive followed advises to train each zones using %Watt of my 2...
