Re: 2017 plans

without wanting to state the obvious motivation stems from making something good fun and/or having goals in mind. with erging the former is a certain kind of "fun" that appeals to us folk and is somewhat masochisic really. :) I note your 2k goal but i'd urge you to set other distance goals too. Let...

Re: Can an overly long stroke be more efficient?

Re: Good form vs. long distance?

Somewhere around here there is an animation of proper form. Legs then back(hips) then arms. Search this. Find it and keep it in mind the entire time your row until it is second nature. Only you can do it. This will slow you down. You will need to take some personal accountability. No one on here can...

Re: What Training Have You Done Today?

Trouble with pull-ups/chins is you have to use bodyweight minimum. You can use a latmachine to warm up. Or just the machine at first to keep the weights low. Weighted pullups gave me golfers elbow to. Still not 100%, but ok ish. At its worse I could not open a cardoor. And had a big swelling. Stick...

Re: Attention Data Nerds!

I still cant access it. The rowsandall.com page isn’t working rowsandall.com didn’t send any data. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE Yes I know the data it does provide is valuable, but it is general info. IMO the real nuts and bolts will respect to performance enhancement is found in analyzing the individual stro...
