I think it was Jan that asked awhile ago about goals we set. Well, I just checked my baseline goal for the year off today. My goal is 1 million row and ski and 2 million bike meters for the year. I might try to get back on the rower this week. My left elbow isn't 100%, but more often than not the two impacted fingers on my left hand aren't numb. Maybe some careful rowing will help me here.
