Re: Couple of PM5 questions
Perhaps some users reading this could post more details of their stick if it works perfectly. full accurate information, maybe even a link to the exact one they have so others can purchase the same one. Its not like they are expensive but you don't want to have to try 20 of them to find one that wo...

Re: Couple of PM5 questions
C2 sent me a replacement PM5 today (brand new unit) and this displays the same behaviour when inserting my 8gb Sandisk memory stick - 'USB overload - please remove disk [error 342]' So it appears only some USB drives work with the PM5, probably down to pot luck.

Re: New Model D owner - usb flash drive problem
Just a heads up, I bought this 8GB Sandisk USB stick and it does NOT work with my PM5, however a 10 year old knackered 1GB one works fine.

Re: Couple of PM5 questions
Well folks, it seems Concept2 UK are giving out wrong advice wrt to using the correct type of USB stick on the PM5. I was told very clearly by the C2 technician a few days ago that "any USB drive less than 64gb will work on the PM5" so i bought a tiny Sandisk 8GB USB drive from ebay for £4 and guess...

Re: Couple of PM5 questions
Thanks, that probably explains why my PM4 used to auto-connect with my chest belt as it came with a log card which i never removed. So will buy a tiny USB drive to keep plugged into the PM5. Wrt to the batteries on the PM5, according to the C2 technician i spoke to this morning in Nottingham (fella ...

Couple of PM5 questions
Hi, I recently took delivery of a brand new Model D with PM5 last week, just a couple of queries wrt the PM5: 1) I have to manually connect to my Suunto HR chest belt (smart bluetooth) EVERY time i row, is this normal? But when I used the PM4 yonks ago it remembered the HR belt once it was paired......

Where to buy C2 Reebok Gripmaster hand pads?
Hi,
I bought these back in 2006 with my Model D for around a tenner but I've noticed that C2 no longer sell these. Found a seller on fleabay but he's asking for £17!!! Any suggestion where i can buy these? Otherwise may have no choice but to cough up £17
Cheers

Re: Warranty of Model D bought in Germany
Thanks Citroen. As you say they are built like a tank and its extremely unlikely I will require any repairs. This will be my second Model D, having bought the first one back in 2006 when i took it with me to Libya where I was working at the time. However had to leave the rower behind in 2012 when th...

Warranty of Model D bought in Germany
Hi, I'm in the UK & about to buy a brand new black Model D (PM5) from Germany which is only €1049 delivered to UK, this works out at about £770 so nearly £100 cheaper than buying it in Blighty. My question is will Concept2 UK honour the warranty or will I have to get in touch with Concept2 Germany f...
