I do have my PM4 connected to my laptop, and currently just upload the workout once a week using the Utility software.
I just figure the thing has a network jack in the back, so there must be a way.

OK, how can i figure out my recovery times? I only recently purchased the concept 2, and last week was the first week i rowed every day, before that i used to use the treadmill at the gym. When i rowed, i did it for 30 minutes per day and pulled at about a 2:20 split. I do have the PM4 monitor, so w...

Hard exercise after inactivity lowering my immune system?
I am 26, weight 230lbs so i know i am pretty badly out of shape. I have a hard time sticking to my workouts, so the pattern I've been on is not doing anything for 3-5 months, and then jumping back into working out 5 days a week. I noticed that after the first week or two of working out, i get sick. ...

Rowing with a gut
I am 5'11" and 240lbs. I rowed in college when i was in better shape, so i think my technique is pretty well engrained into my mind by now. But, i find that rowing with a gut is strange: i tend to split my knees apart just to get a longer reach, and i don't think it's good. I used to be a sweep rowe...

I am running Windows 7 on the laptop that i was planning to use, and RowPro doesn't want to run on it. I checked their site, and the application is not very happy with Vista, so i'll just wait till an update. I really don't want to mess around with installing everything they are suggesting. I am ver...

Thank you for a quick reply. I am actually using a garmin chest-strap, rather then the included one. I will try to see if i could have the strap connected to both the PM4 and the wristwatch. Garmin's website allows me to track the heart-rate the way i want to. The data that you showed me is exactly ...

Better visualization for the workout
I just became a proud owner of Concept2 Model D, and i have a question: I have the PM4 monitor for the purpose of keeping track of my heartrate, but i can't seem to figure out a way to visualize it. I am looking for a graph that would show how it's escalating, and where it's peaking. I would love to...
