Re: 400+Pound newbie just did first row

Learn the signs of over training and stay below that threshold. Get more sleep. Drink plenty of water. Learn good form. Best tip I ever got. Aim a fan or 2 at y...

Have fun on the erg. Take it easy when starting its easy to physiologically and worse psychologically fatigued. On your days off split work outs say 3parts throughout day to take advantage of metabolism boost each session brings. Schedule time with your erg. Spend time researching, planning, prepari...

Re: fast track programme ? from uk site
thanks!!! for the info "The main problem to me is the pace or Wattage to use in the bursts. I think I'd start by pulling strokes at full length and force, but limiting the rating to just over race-cruise level. In other words, no shortening just to increase the rating. Then adjust rating according t...

15' UT3 180 Bursts
with 15' ut3 cooldown
cold not get heart rate down, im inclined to say i was under hydrated and it was hot outside today
also short a few bursts due to diminishing return
and since i couldnt keep hr down it was more like UT1 even rowing at a snails pace

ergonomic question regarding erg’s handle
ergonomic question regarding erg’s handles if one is extremely large 54inch chest more importantly broad shouldered, greater width than width of handle. Ergonomically speaking is it possible that standard handle is too short/ not wide enough???? I suspect it is. From watching videos of me rowing the...
